PACEOS – Philippine Association of Convention and Exhibition Organizers and Suppliers

The Philippine Association of Convention/Exhibition Organizers and Suppliers, Inc. (PACEOS) was established in 1981 as a non-stock, non-profit organization. The association currently boasts of 40 member organizations, all of which are leading professional event, exhibition and convention organizers and their partners in business – venue owners, booth contractors, freight forwarders, and hotels as well as institutions offering allied services, such as travel and tour agencies, airlines, printing, and other agencies.

Members enjoy a range of benefits, including regular membership meetings and events, educational newsletters, seminars, discounts in venue rentals, invitations to various members, events and the opportunity to network with other local and international organizations.

One of the Association’s missions is to play a significant role in developing the Philippine into a leading exhibition and convention destination in Asia. It remains steadfast in its efforts to raise the level of professionalism and operational standards in the industry through different activities and programs.

WEO – World Events Organization

World Events Organisation (WEO) is a network of global event businesses that comprises of organizers of exhibitions (PEO), conferences (PCO) and special events, as well as venue managers. Currently, this network comprises of 12 companies; located in major cities in Asia like Singapore, Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Dubai; and they do business globally in Asia, Europe, USA and Australia. The WEO network is expanding and we will soon have more offices in Australia, Middle East and South Asia. The long term goal is to expand the network to all corners of the world.

The industries that WEO companies cover extend to a wide spectrum. They include vertical industries of machinery, fuels, water, furniture, telecommunications, technology, financial, medical, tourism and many more. This year, we have a stable of 25 events and our philosophy is to bring some of our better known titles to different parts of the world.

PCVC – Philippine Convention and Visitors Corporation

A non-stock, non-profit corporation, PCVC is committed to position the Philippines as a major tourist and convention destination in Asia, spearheading the country’s tourism marketing programs. Its line of services includes sales and promotion activities, promotional marketing support, bid assistance, and congress and special events liaison.

Members of the PCVC include hotels and resorts, travel and tour agencies, professional event organizers, transport operators, restaurants, and other travel-related businesses. As a part of the association, members enjoy access to topo business leads, inclusion in PCVC publications, and participation in selected overseas sales campaigns, among others.

AFECA – Asian Federation of Exhibition and Convention Association

Established in 2004, AFECA is an organization of the MICE industry leaders in Asia. It aims to promote the region as a global destination for the exhibits and conventions, building on the steadily increasing popularity and development in the industry. It creates countless business opportunities for its members while forging cooperation and camaraderie among them.
